Cybersecurity Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • The role primarily consists of providing technical support in sales/presales presentations, product demonstrations and PoC installations, identification of the appropriate solutions for customers, and production of RFI/RFP responses and technical proposals across the complete line of products in our portfolio.
  • Keep relationships with world class technology vendors in Cybersecurity industry
  • Drive technical relationships and services with key customer accounts, whilst focusing on business development opportunities across the Bulgarian and Balkan Markets
  • Act as a Technology Evangelist/Trusted Security Adviser
  • Required to scope and potentially deliver technical education for customers and partners. This could encompass Requirements Analysis, Planning, System Architecture/Design, Installation, Configuration, Deployment, Troubleshooting, Tuning, Ongoing Knowledge Transfer, Documentation etc.
  • Develop full knowledge of, products Network Security (NGFW, IPS, Sandbox, WAF, DDoS, ADC), Endpoint Security (EPP, EDR) , Email Security, Cloud security, as well as solutions as Change Audit, SIEM, DLP, etc. to ensure optimal technical support in pre-sales situations
  • Engage customer audience when presenting services
  • Demonstration of our solutions through on-site or remote customer presentations and evaluations
  • Produce technical documents
  • Installation & configuration assistance, where customer warrants need for ‘Proof-of-Concept’ Evaluation
  • Update and deliver technical training to sales colleagues
  • Development of professional and personal skills, as relates to major function, related technologies, product and career advancement
  • Deliver technical services for customers in an adequate and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in IT industry as implementation engineer
  • General experience in different IT technologies
  • Knowledge about IT security problems
  • English fluent

Product Manager Cybersecurity Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the business development of a close product group.
  • Apply the product vision and strategy at the local and regional market.
  • Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market and customer requirements .Responsible for growth, value, strategy and satisfaction of key partners and customers;
  • Develop strategic relationships with key accounts from Government & Financial sector and is responsible for the successful experience with our partners for all market verticals;
  • Plan and manage the product marketing activities with the marketing team;
  • Works closely with engineering, sales, marketing
  • Presenting of the company’s solutions in conferences, webinars and other relevant events;
  • Continuous personal improvement and knowledge of the latest technologies and innovations;
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
  • Perform product demos to customers
  • Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
  • Develop sales tools and collateral
  • Propose an overall budget to ensure success
  • Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
  • Brief press and analysts and go on press tours
  • Knowing the market requirements is key to a successful product. PM needs to understand why customers buy products as well as what the competition is doing

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager or Sales Engineer
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Engineering or Technical areas
  • Technical background, with experience in Cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication skills in order to communicate with management, as well as with the colleagues
  • Great people skills, Excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent reasoning and problem solving skills, understanding when and how to leverage analytics
  • Care about the details and strive for operational excellence
  • Fluent English

MSP Distribution Business Developer (PFA Collaboration) | located in Romania

Your Opportunity 
COMPUTER 2000 Bulgaria and N-able are currently looking for a commercially and technically experienced salesperson who is a true hunter, understands technology and can build and manage a channel of dedicated Managed Service Providers in Romania. As an MSP Distribution Business Developer, you will have a key role in the further development of this important territory, where your main responsibility will be to deliver on the business objectives. Using your expertise and knowledge you will have the opportunity to grow and expand the business with N-able MSP partners. You will also be responsible for prioritizing your accounts and the attention given, with the aim of maximizing the business potential of the portfolio.

Your job task will include: 

  • Establishing N-able MSP channel in Romania
  • Direct sales of N-able MSP products via our MSP channel
  • Building, driving and deepening the relationships with key systems integrators and resellers, who are already or would like to be Managed Service Providers
  • Building and acting upon business plans with managed MSP partners.
  • Managing, developing, and expanding territory MSP partner base
  • Introducing and connecting N-able technology to the MSP channel
  • Representing the company products and solutions at events, seminars, and exhibitions
  • Presenting the N-able platform and solutions at webinars and business meetings in Romania
  • Ensuring records in Salesforce system are always up to date
  • Working with CRM and other BI tools daily
  • Ensuring forecast accuracy
  • The job will require travelling in Romania

Your professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in business, Commerce, Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5 years of sales experience in IT with a technical background
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory
  • Strong IT skills specifically with MS Office
  • Experience in Cyber Security is an advantage
